Where do I find daddy bigbucks in urbz?

I tried to get rel -50 with Daddy B but he said we cant talk for the rest of the day. So the next day I tried to call him but he is no longer on my list of friends and I cant find him anywhere!! Where does he usually hangout?? People have told me to look on Nutria Island and on Paradise Island but he is never there! HELP!
