Where can you get your GED? I have just moved to this country 5 years ago and I have learned my english from being in this country. Help me get my GED.

Community colleges and Trade schools are where you need to look into. You have very good writing for someone who has been here only 5 years.... Maybe you are a quick learner and you will blow through the GED easily.
