Where can i get seo optimized wordpress themes?

I have been hearing a lot about this. I'm planning to move my blog to WordPress and would like to know where I can get a theme/layout/template that is already SEO optimized. I know they're out there, so please tell me where!

Templatemonster.com is a good resource for pre-made templates. Most cost about $50.00 and you should be able to integrate them fairly easily with your web host.

As far as being optimized for Search engines, beyond the code the rest is up to you.
