Where can I get free music for YouTube?

Well, I always try different websites that you get music for free, I get the music off my phone, spend ages putting it in a video.. and youtube blocks it. Its SO annoying. I’m not copyright infringing - I’m posting a video on youtube. Where can I actually get free music from that youtube won’t block? I have iTunes, but I don’t know how to get music from there and I think you have to pay. PS Please, no dodgy virus spreading websites. Thanks :D
