You can get time free with a membership to a lot of gyms...if you join the local YMCA or community gym where I live, you can get a lot of time with a personal trainer, take classes, etc.
I'd recommend that, rather than hiring one privately, as you'd still need a place to work out with the trainer...and one that comes to your house will be very expensive. Eg, 150+ per hour.
You have to purchase a gym membership, which you pay month to month for. I payed $38 a month for Golds Gym. You can get time to talk to a personal trainer attending classes such as yoga, pilates, or a step class, usually before or after the class is over, but if you want to work with a personal trainer most of them wont give you info for free because if they do how will they make any money? It usually cost about $50 per hour or per session, and you can also buy like 10 sessions at a for a deal or something. You just have to check with your local gym.
Do you have cable? Check into FitTv. It's just like having a personal trainer come into your home. There are a TON of good shows, that help you with working out, and dieting. It is WAY cheaper than going to a gym and hiring a trainer.

Where can I get a personal trainer?
And how much do you have to pay them? I'm in need of help with exercise, and I really need to lose weight. I also need help with anything else with dieting. And how can I get my parents to let me have one.
