Where can I buy a cheap pottery wheel?

I want to know where I can buy a cheap pottery wheel but I dont really want those wheels from micheals that come with those kits unless thats my only option with cheap. Anyways I was wondering my mom will probably fuss but I will do it anyway so please help me and dont say ebay
