When you are sick, should you be able to go get food?

OK, so in my job if you have an upset stomach, you must take the day off. I am feeling much better now except for a headache. Is it acceptable for me to go out and get food, or does that look like I am pulling a sicky?

enjoy yourself! your not feeling well, you deserve a day off, and your going to work hard tomorrow. take today to enjoy, just don't go to that work place otherwise It would look like your pulling a sicky, as you put it. lol
