When is the world going to end?

Does anyone know whaen the world is going to come to an end?

DUDE! omg! people said in 2000 the world was going to end. you are still alive arent u? others said 6-6-06, still alive, well there is your answer. any idiot could say the world's going to end 2morrow and people would believe it. I would bet you money if I answered this question with just the sentence above, there would be a new question on here: IS THE WORLD going to END ON 8-8-08??!!! only God knows and so what if the world would end then? you could walk out into the street 2morrow and get hit by a car, you could fall down some stairs and break your neck, you can die at any minute of anyday, so that's why you shouldnt worry about that stuff, you should live 4 2day!

Well I heard on TV it would be 12-21-2012.
I plan one having a big party on 12-22-2012 to celebrate the Day after the end and plan on being in church on the 23rd.

Kingofpop, I'm glad to finally see somebody call that stuff what it is speculation. Noone knows when this world will end. The Bible says that only the Father in Heaven knows not even the Son (Jesus) knows. I guess we'll have to wait until God's ready. In the meantime I pray that we are all getting ourselves ready. Repenting, being baptised, being transformed by the renewing of our minds, and sharing our faith with as many as will accept. well I don't know exactly but in the bible it tells of gods coming and that the world will end 1000 years after that and from what it says in the bible about his coming that is comeing soon. I think the war in Iraq is going to lead into a nuclear war and like it says in the bible 1/3 of the worlds population is going to go. So if I were to say it would be some where between 3008-3010

I believe what the Bible says on the subject:

The battle of Armageddon is a great, future war that will be fought at Mount Megiddo. This will be the most terrifying and destructive of all wars mankind will experience. The main difference between this and other wars is that the outcome is sure: we know who the winner is! This battle will be fought by men and by spiritual forces. Jesus Christ will return in the midst of this war to prove His power and might. He wins! He will judge the nations of the world and establish His kingdom.

See Revelation, chapter 16, where the preparation for the battle is described in verses 12-16. Read also, chapters 17-20. This “battle” is the final world war and it is more than just a physical war. All of the forces of good and evil will be fighting for power. Jesus wins, and then establishes His reign on earth for one thousand years.

Like the other members stated, only God knows but he did give us signs to the know the that end is coming. Sadly , to say that we are reaching the end. Probably a lot of people don't want to hear this, especially the people who don't believe in God, but we have truly disappointed God. We have bile down to idols, turned our back on the word and lived for material things, which he did not want us to do. This is what you call living of the world. Half of us will fall to rapper or celebrity feet, fainting and screaming and carrying on and we feel awkward when it is time to shout for God. We rather spend our money on rims or materialistic items before we would make a donation to charity. Everyone have to remember when we die we not taking anything with us. Everything when posses is borrowed goods,. They have to be returned one day. Pray Everybody

you should know, being a christian, that nobody knows when it will end. but there are signs to know when it gets close.

well, if you are a christian then you wont know when the world ends. when the anitchrist decides to make a oneworld goverment then we will know. the world will slowly start to be controlled. the christians will disapeer into heaven. so dont worry about it unless you are a nonbeliever. then you have 7 years left on this earth to make up your mind. these 7 years are called the tribulation. very bad things will happen. as the world is going now this will probably happen within the next 10 years. but as I said. NO ONE knows except god. the mayans or whatever belive 2012. I believe thats wrong. and the only thing that might happen on that day is probbaly something bad. ie: the aintichrist will form a one world goverment.

God, the Creator of EVERY human being and the earth you walk on, will decide when it is time for his followers to return home and live in heaven for eternity. No scientist knows when it is going to be, there is NO date on it. By the look of things though, I believe it is getting near. We have disappointed our Father and must repent now and follow in his footsteps. Stop waistin ya'lls time in trying to figure out when it is going to be game over and live your life. Well I been around a lot of religious people from different religions but if their is something they all told me is that the world will never end humans will.

I have heard that the end of the world will be in 2012, but I also heard that the world was suppose to end in 2000, so it depends on what you believe in.

The world is not going to end. God intends to judge the righteous and unrighteous and when he and his son are rulers in heaven with the 144,000 annointed ones, wickedness will be gone. A paradise earth of righteous godly people is awaiting us. I am not religious, I just read the bible in my own time.
