Ill be a senior when im 18 next year and I was wondering if it is legal for me to move out of my parents house while im still in school...

Yes you can. Once you are 18 you are your own legal gaurdian and your parents have nothing to do with it. Your parents signature on your behalf means nothing in a court of law once you are 18, only your own.

Totally legal. Once you're 18 you're allowed to sign yourself out of school (or wite yourself tardy notes) as well.
