When do females stop growing?

I was just curious because my science teacher was like they stop at 16 and I always thought it just depends on the persons body. but who knows?

the girls stop groing on 18

generally 18 but not necessily. My auntie was five foot eight right up until she was 22, then she grew to six foot three. Depends on the person and sometimes environmental things too.

Most girls have had their massive growth spurts by age 16, but still continue to grow until they are in their early 20's. But it does depend on the person.

I think once they star their period it slows down, but it probably depends on the body
