Why don't I see that I'm pretty?

everybody says in pretty , gorgous , or hot but I dont see it all that I see in the mirror is an average looking girl

every girl goes through that stage... including me. I have people that say that to me all the time but I dont believe them because I dont see it in myself. all you have to do is believe that you are pretty, hot or gorgeous and you are. what you think you are shows. I hope you can eventually believe these people. you are pretty. (this coming from a girl that usually doesnt tell other girls things like that.) =]

same here but truthfully we are all pretty and hott its just our self esteem thats not so hott.
I felt like that once and l8er I told myself when I looked in the mirror that I am pretty and I shouldnt let anyone ruin how I felt about myself.

I know what you are going through, and people always told me I was gorgeous, I never beieved them , all girls have a distorted reality of what they really look like. Some girls think they are hot stuff and in all personality them thinking that way makes them a pretty ugly person. Know there is a happy medium, you can be pretty know you are pretty but not be cocky about it. Or you can be pretty and know it and brag about it, and that makes the person an ugly person. I for one think beauty is on the inside.

your not that bad... just dont call yourself that then you think that... girls in my school think there ugly and they're the hottest ones in school... so just think positive
