I think the most painfull is the lip because my friend says it was and the nose is not as sore as gettin your ear pierced lol so hope it helped

My guess would be that the earlobe would be the least painful (I did my own 25 years ago) and the most painful is probably the reverse prince albert.

The least painful is the nose besides the earlobes for me. But really it all depends on your tolerance of pain and the piercer. If you have a good peircer none of them should hurt that bad. It's the hype that you think it's going to hurt that makes it hurt.
