Theres a book, Ummm I think its called the karma sutra or something like that. Its basically like a Sex 101 book with tips and ideals for sex. Hope that helps

The reason why females have a harder time reaching org**m is all in their heads. It's socially accepted for boys to mastourbate but not girls - so we have this psychological barrier that it's wrong ...and we all know with us women that sex is a mind game.

There is no "best way" for all women - because we are all so vastly different and diverse. What one woman likes is different from the next.
