Pimple problems and scars

hey guys, I have been trapped with this problem. I have got pimple problems and to add salt to the wound, I have broken some of it and it seems to leave a scar which is black in color under the skin. whenever I touch the affected area, it does not seem...

to be a pimple as its not protruding, but actually smooth. but when you look at it, its actually black.
I have been conscientiously pimple creams and facial cleansers, but there does not seem to be of any help to my affected areas as it remain black in color. what could be the problem?

Well it dosent sound to good, maybe you shoudl check out the doctor or put up a picture so we can tell for sure if its just a blackhead or something worse...maybe try proactive or a neutrogena wash (bar soap, acne face wash, blackhead cleanser).

Sounds like a blackhead to me and I only know that I squeez those suckers out. lol
