What really is a screamo song??
I mean I know its a type of music but is it like emo music or something?? Ha.

dloodloo got it right for the most part. Screamo is generally an emo-type of song that has melodic screaming. Usually screamo has singing and screaming and the screaming isn't of the guttoral kind which is used a lot in hardcore or types of metal or mathcore.

SCREAMO=SCREAM+EMO
This is one type of punk/rock music.
By the way screamo can be and with metal.
