Answer #3

Yoga helps a lot.. It can really give you peace of mind and feels great!

Answer #4

Well.. most of my friends just go to sleep when they do not want their mind to wounder… what u usually do and what I suggest, is don’t Ovid it, but listen to music… and think it through w/ music that makes u feel better. That’s what I always do. Also, if you like to write… to just put your thoughts out on paper is great. Or if u need someone to talk to u can funmail me :) Plus, a good cry every now and helps… trust me I am not the person who likes to cry around people or even cry a lot, but to just let everything go for a second, weather to a person.. or just in your room w/ the music blareing so no one can hear helps!

Answer #5

Go for a run, listen to music. or a shower and a nap always refreshes my mind

Answer #6

What I would do is I would read a totally awesome book that I love, I would listen to really uplifting music while swinging, I would trampoline and monkey bar. lol Seems like stuff like that helps me. :P
I would talk to one of my bestest friends about what’s in my heart and on my mind and they really seem to be able to help. Ha, ha. :) And I would watch a movie. >_> A good one. :P and if all else fails you just cry and go to sleep. Sleep often does a lot. I have heard that for some people writing helps, though it doesn’t help me that much. If you want to talk to someone, but you don’t have any best friends that you think you wanna talk about whatever it is to, feel free to FunMail me. (:

Answer #7

Meditation works for alot of people

Answer #8

I hope Im not intruding but I use to feel the same until I found the secret of using what I found to be scary as an advantage to my life - if I know its scary I study it - and I face it - and I conquer it. I clear my mind but running - however you can only clear your mind by facing what fills your mind and turn it to your advantage - what makes you feel good. Think positive for all that you face for one day you will see the postive of the negative - God will never give you more then you can handle - believe

Answer #9

silent and free fell brain also make it silent then your mind clear automatically

Answer #10

that is a question that can never be answered. If ever you find a solution I assure you it will only last a moment until your mood changes then your question will arrise again and again. Each individual should find a peaceful place in life and follow it - you’ll find your keeper - it just depends on how far you wish to travel and how long you wish to stay; and im not talking traveling to different countries either

Answer #11

Transcend into a status of temporary insanity where the things that bother you are insignificant and ridiculous and where something insignificant and ridiculous is important.

For example, you could ponder on the question whether falling trees make sounds when no one is there …. and then you would logically come to the conclusion that squirrels hold true power over the universe. Because they are always there when trees fall.

Bad and scary things leave you when you are that insane. ;)

Answer #12

Deep breaths

Answer #13

Answer #14

Answer #15

Crying works for me, just to get it all out when you’re alone. Or you could tell someone, it lets you know that someone else can understand and sympathise with you. I also like to put in my headphones, bundle up in my bed with notebook paper and write a story, give characters my feelings and try to describe what I feel, do this if you like to write..haha. And I like to draw, so sometimes drawing helps too, just to keep the mind busy and thinking. * Basically; keep yourself and your mind busy with other things and get what is bothering you out.

Answer #16

This particular method works for me whenever I decide I should use it. I forget where I read about it but it was on some website for astral projection or lucid dreaming. Anyway, here it is:

First, you have to close your eyes and picture a dumpster in your head. When you have achieved that, you then should begin taking visual representations of the things that are bothering you or anything that is on your mind in general and “throwing” them into your mental dumpster. It doesn’t really matter what it is. Throw all of your thoughts into it. When you are finished with that part, all you have to do is close the lid of the dumpster in your mind and push it out of your mind’s eye.

If you get very good at it, you can clear your mind fairly quickly. This also works fairly well for pre-meditation and then the meditation itself tends to perpetuate the absence of thought. To be honest, it is all around relaxing.

Answer #17

look @ some point in the room for about 30 seconds, if you look away LOOK BACK @ THE POINT, and stay for about 30 seconds and more 15 seconds of course look at that point with FOCUSING on it!!

Answer #18

Realize the mind and the zillions of thought process’s it generates, preoccupys thought between past and future. You cannot think two thoughts at the same time so your thought process tends to be involved with past or future and pours over the present moment. The present is the only thing that is real. It takes practice but you focus deeply on what is only present time. What you are doing, your sorroundings and emmerse yourself in only all of what is the now. Be in the role like that of a new born…with first expierence to all things in present moment, you have no past and to new to assemble a future. All you have to sense is here in the now. I hope this makes some sorta sense.
