for breakfast try a bowl of fiber one cereal. there are tons of different flavors and the fiber will make you feel full and its totally healthy. Trink half a glass of oranje juice and maybe an orange if you are really hungry. Mix up the kind you have every other day too. like for day 1 try fiber one honey clusters while the next you have original.
For lunch there are tons of options. its just hard to control portions.
1.Try two slices of turkey with lettuce and tomatoe on whole wheat bread. a glass of water and a granola bar or piece of fruit.
2.tuna on whole grain bread with baked lays chips or soychips and a glass of water
3.Mini pizzas made with sauce, natural shredded mozzarelle cheese and on half an english muffin. You can enjoy two if you cut the english muffin in two like you were going to toast it. Bake the pizzas and drink a glass of water and try carrot sticks today
snacks are often hard cause you want healthy but filling. Try a nature valley oats and honey granola bar. or apple slices with a tablespoon of peanut butter or skip the peanut butter and just eat the apple. Fiber one bars are great to and teh oats and chocolate ones are good for chocolate cravings. Skinny cow ice cream bars are also great they have about 150 calories in one of their ice cream cones. Special K cereal bars are great too. Celery and carrots without dressing are fantastic!
