What would best offer an explanation of the lumps on my neck?

There are about 5 lumps altogether. 2 on my right side of my neck toward the back and almost to my shoulder. One is painful, one is not. The big one is toward the left and at the base of my skull, the other 2 are underneath it but smaller. I haven’t been able to get in to my doctor during the holidays and my son and I just discovered them last night because some you can see others you can’t. The one on my skull is hard as bone and a little sore, the other ones are about dime size but perfectly round. I’m looking for advice as to what they could mean and what I should ask my doctor without dismissing it. I smoke, have 2 kids and I’m 33/f. The smoking is the only bad thing I do. Please if you can, an idea of what they are would be very useful.

Thank you for your time, Trish

first of all go and get them checked out by the doctor as soon as you can they sound like things I had called cists, I had one on my forehead one on my cheek and a few on my nack but not at the same time I went to the doctors and he prescribed a drug called roaccutane which after a few months got rid of it but I hated them and tended to burst them before the drug took effect this left scars however
