what are the best foods to eat while im waiting for my lip to heal??

Anything liquid, soups jello's, etc.

Just nothing too hard, salty or spicy and no noodles.

should I just go on like a liquid fast? I know I can if I need too ( I mean like milkshakes I can make myself with fruit and stuff)
