What to eat when i'm sick?

Yesterday I got home from Mexico, but on the airplane and all night last night I was very sick to my stomach. Today I haven't gotten sick again, but I know I'm dehydrated and I get really dizzy when I stand up. I'm super hungry because I haven't eaten...

in about 36 hours, but I don't know what to eat that won't upset my stomach...any suggestions?

crackers and bread!! plain food...eat it in little nibbles to make sure you dont throw it up...sip on water.

soups good, but its best to eat plain foods if youre feeling reallly sick

Thanks yall! Now that I actually have some food in my tummy that isn't leaving my tummy any time soon (I hope!), I can function somewhat normally now! Or at least as close to normal as I can get...lol thanks again happy

Yeah, I'm glad you're feeling better but lisa was right, in my opinion. Crackers, toast, plain foods. Not soup. Lol.
