write good article Asked by iwelcomeu 7 months ago, 2 answers.

Whenever you go or decide to buy a house or appartment what are important matters you should consider before take the final decission. I think it is very important to do so. You may consider the inside and or outside factors of the house or appartment.

What matters to me are:

Character -- I don't want my house to look the same as anyone else's.

Land -- I want a wide frontage (at least 75') and a deep lot (at least 170)

Established area -- large mature trees

Windows -- many large windows looking at a lovely view.

Floors -- I have allergies, so I want hardwood floors, not carpet

Age of house -- I want it to be at least 70 years old because I don't like new houses

Heat control - it must have air conditioning

Kitchen - must be large because thats where my family wants to hang out.

Thats just me. Everyone is different, of course.

I agree with what pinkpearl said... Also you need to consider
your job (is it stable?)
how much it will cost (can you afford the payments?)
location (do you like city life or country?)
those are just a few of the things I would consider but you also need to get an inspection done of the house (if you are buying) before you sign the papers
