Something stuck in my foot

I have something stuck in my foot
It sort of looks like a hair...but...well it cant be can it I mean how can a hair get stuck in the thick skin of the foot ?
Im not sure what to do now. My feet are my main weekness.
I remember once I was running...

over this field and I nearly stood on a nail. I just sort of stopped what I was doing and just stood there for a while. haha
its probably going to wreck if I pull it out any one get any tips on how I can take the edge off??

I get little hairs from my dogs stuck in my feet once in awhile, they actually really hurt. I usually can get them out with tweezers.
