Leave him alone. Im not going to lie I have Mexician friends who I probably pick on daily. dont worry about anything it wasnt your fault as far as spanish keep speaking it and if he tells you to stop take it up to the school board.Good for you if you are an A, B student I am as well and I really do care about my grades. I would just continue with what you normaly do obviously dont talk spanish in a teachers class if they dont understand spanish, this could be disrespectful. Also remeber that you are in America so english is our first language so use it as much as possible in school. Good luck
