What to get my boyfriend for christmas when he buys himself things?

We've been together for 3 months, but I have no idea what to get him.
-Anything he usually wants, he buys it for himself.
-He know quite a bit about cars and such.
-He doesn't play video games.
-He is a fairly active person.
-No photos of us together...

exist anywhere.
-He's not a sports person.

And worst yet, he's leaving for the army in January?

Can anyone give me some ideas?

why dont you make him something or do somehting special for him? I did that with my ex...he really kied it because it was thoughtful, different, and soemthing money cant buy...

ie: go to joans ( craft store) but a wood frame or rack with hooks and paint it...decorate it, be creative..
I have done this for sum gifts for christmas...trust me, they look awesome...

ie: make a scrap book of him ( get photos from his mom, secretly...from the time he was a baby until now, and include you guyz, if you like...) decorate it ...

ie: take him to a sears or jc pennys to take a christmas pic, then you can maybe even decorate that frame and have it ready on christmas day for that pic of your guyz...

I think it would be good if you made him sumthing, because it means more...or even, if you HATE MAKING THINGS, buy him a chain with your and his name it can say I love u, his nmae and urs forever..ETC...
