So I have these two girls at my job and they are older than me and they act like they're still in high school by starting drama. They talk about me while im in the room to do it on purpose to make me mad. They also talk behind my back. They give me dirty...

looks and I didn't do anything to them. what should I do?? Should I ask them what's there problem and if I do what should I say. I want to be nice about it cause I dont want to start any fights and a lot of foolishness. Help???

ok first off girls are jealous b*tches that is why they don't like you the are very self conscientious. The best thing to do is ignore them it will drive them crazy but never ever let them get to you because they are just two people they and their opinions don't matter so just don't worry about it and be happy that you are beautiful and their words don't matter and they can't hurt you.

I used to be one of those girls at work that would be a bully to the other younger workers and yeah I've grown out of that but obviously something is making them act like that so I think you should find out what it is by simply just asking them but keep your cool and be the better person

Do the same thing I did, I went to work looking BEAUTIFUL with my makeup on and hair straight, it turns out the only reason they hate is because they thing your SUPER BEAUTIFUL and they feel ugly next to you, so just rub it on their face and keep making then feel uglier... is going 2 be hard getting ready every day but is worth it..LOL
