How to get my whole family to help with the chores?

My parents expect a lot from me. I get straight As, play an instrument, and all that stuff. My mom works five or six jobs, which means she's on the road a lot. My brother and Dad are both wonderful people, but they do nothing to help my mom out. It all lands on top of my shoulders: doing the laundry, cleaning the house, cooking 2 out of 3 of our meals, ect. Worst is I get NO recognition. Because my mom is gone, I can't tell anybody. most of all I just need some words of encouragement or praise.

That is not good.
- Well My Advice is, Ring a Friend, and I mean a Good friend and Ask them to help out.
Once you Done everything, ask her to Stay for the night. And So then Help with the Cooking? You would Make a Cool team together... After Dinner, maybe 5 o'Clock whenever You have it, if it isnt Too Late, Chill with your friend, if its hot, have a Little Water fight, get Your mind off everything. If its Snowing, or just Cold, or Raining, sit by The Header/FirePlace and Enjoy a Game of Scrabble or Something to Ease your mind.

If things get Worser and Worser, tell Them, Just because You may be the Oldest Child, or Teen or whatever You are that it Dosent mean You have to do it. Tell you Brother and Dad to get off there Butts and Help out a Little.

I now how you feel my mom is an or nurse and its all about my sister and I do a lot around the house and get nothing out of it but all you have to do is just tell them that they should help you and help your mom so that its not on top of your shoulders.

Act like you don't care and get used to the results.
