Dear sghs_gurl09,
The best place to start is with counselling. You need to get over the thought that you somehow had something to do with his death. What is it your worried about? Do you know that your thinking is not rational? These are some of the things they will help you examine.
Sue
you should talk to a councelor and then talk to your mom or someone and plus it is not your fault I am very sorry
talk to yure mom about it and it's not yure fault.
Just always remember the times you had with your father. Whether he was here or not there wouldn't be anything or anyworry or anysadness. That would take what special bond you had with him. He'll always be there.Just talk to him it may sound crazy. But sometimes it helps your mind and soul. pray to him.

How can I get over my dad's death?
Send me Fun Mail
I lost my dad about 4 years ago and I can't get over him. It seems like the more I think about him the more it hurts but I can't stop thinking about him. I think it is my fault that my dad died but everyone says that it's not but I don't know what to do. Anyone have any suggestions? He was a Christian as am I but I am still worried.
