How to fix bad neck pain?

I h've got this bad neck pain, it's at the back of my neck.. the right side..
I hate it cause it took 2 secs to starin it and im stuck with it for almost 7 hours now..I just streched it the wrong way lol..

If it gets unbearable, go to the ER - if not, pain reliever and see the Doctor if it persists...Good luck !!

thats bad take pain pills and put ice on your neck and maybe
take a warm bath or shower if you can I think pain pills
and ice is your best choice good luck and I hope

you made need a muscle relaxer to help to get it to move, but go to the doctor he will be able to refer to someone like a chiropracter or give you medicine to help ease pain.
