How long ago did you send your message?
I bet she gets a lot of messages from fans and she doesn't have time to look at them all.
I don't know if she replies, or if she gets someone to reply for her.
You might have the wrong address/site.
If she doesn't reply, don't be disappointed. You are as worthy of a reply as anyone else. I sent a message to one of my favourite authors once, and I recieved a reply, not just an automated one either. I was sooo happy.
