Special K bliss- it's so tasty! Cranberries, rice/corn flakes and little vanilla yoghurty bits... it doesn't even taste like it's one of those 97% fat free cereals.
A full-on cooked breakfast - bacon, eggs, hash browns, eggs, toast, eggs, sausages, eggs... on and did I mention eggs?
Of course, thats only on special occasions... Christmas Day being one huge big blowout, as my family cooks it on a barbeque for breakfast that day. Yay for Christmas time in the summer!
...oh, and I think I forgot to mention eggs.
My favorite breakfast used to be a slurry I used to mix up with plain yogurt, wheat germ (or healthy cereal), and apple sauce. It was even better when I used home made yogurt. Lately I've been avoid dairy so I haven't had this in a long time.
My favorite hearty breakfast is a big heap of home fries or hash browns, a couple of slices of dry wheat toast with soft (runny) poached eggs on them and a side of grits.
Lately my typical breakfast is a cup of miso soup and a few pieces of fruit.
I eat breakfest bars or 100 calorie packs wit deit cherry villna docter pepper or if I dont want pop I drink juice
I love to eat pop tarts for breakfast! My favorites flavors are S'mores, Chocolate Fudge, and Cinnamon Roll! I also like the Quaker granola bars with peanut butter and chocolate chips! I could eat any breakfast food though really!
Plain instant oatmeal. Once it cooks in the microwave I add a little milk and some brown sugar to taste plus cinnamon. I control the sugar this way. Or I sometimes substitute the brown sugar with maple syrup. OOOH SOOO good!
Those muffins with tomato sauce and grated, melted cheese put in the oven, or omeletes.

What is your favorite thing to have for breakfast?
I often forget about eating breakfast, but I love sweet things, so I like to have Lucky Charms cereal, pastries or muffins when I do eat in the morning.
