What is up with this girl?

Ok so there’s this girl I’ve met at college that I like a lot. We hung out, we studied together, and we ate lunch and dinner almost every day. Then I told her I liked her. Big mistake. Although she acted happy when I told her I could tell something wasn’t right. We still ate and studied together, but everytime I tried to call her to hang out she never answered her phone or called me back. And the strange thing is that she always suggests I should call her and hang out. But then I do, and she doesn’t answer her phone. So I don’t know. Now it’s summer and she still doesn’t answer her phone and we won’t be in school and I won’t see her for four months if we never get together. But then she tries to get my attention such as “liking” my a social site statuses. Is she just being nice when she says “call me” or is she playing hard to get? Sometimes, I’d even wish she’d tell me to eff off so I’m not lingering in ambiguity. Well, not really, because I like her a lot and she only lives a mile away from me at home (which is perfect because most college relationships have to go long-distance I have found)…but still. What should I do? My plan so far is to not call her for like, a month…maybe she will miss be by then. But I don’t know.
