how do I know if I have broken my hymen?what is the difference between a broken hymen and a non broken one?please tell me !!! am worried!!!tell me how to check myself on my own without anyone knowing!!!please!!!

There's absolutely no reason to be worried. It usually breaks when you have sex. If you haven't had sex, it might not be broken.

There are other ways of breaking it though. You can break it by playing sports, falling, or by doing any of a number of activities.

I don't know how you can check, but you don't have to worry about it being broken. For all you know, you could have broken it when you were younger. No one is going to be able to tell it's broken.
