What is the difference between apple cider and apple juice?

Apple juice is made from the pulp or flesh part of the apple that you typically eat. Apple cider is made form the whole apple ground up, stem, seeds, skin all.

Dear stevezplace,
They are made differently. When buying apple cider sometime it isn't pasturized and this can be dangerous. Never buy cider from a vendor and always read the label.
