I grew up with Tide , mother always used Tide and NOTHING ELSE ! Now, that I am grown, with family, sometimes financially cant buy Tide, and have totally noticed the difference. Only on hard to get out stains, the kid's shirts especially, (and of course my husband underware ) but for the most part, I have done every laundry detergent out their and if you dont want to wash your clothes again, (the ones with stains) use TIDE/w Bleach,,,the best,,,from Shelly in Las Vegas, Nevada
yeah, but tide with bleach ends up fading any garment with color in it. so you're better off just buying the regular tide and a separate bleach. but in saying that, I have tried them all also. truth be told, there is nothing that I can PHYSICALLY see from one detergent to the next that makes me believe its better then all the others. what I tend to look for is whether or not this detergent can take out this stain. and to date, tide included, I've yet to find a detergent that can remove all stains. and NO detergent out there can remove really tough stains without washing the garment a 2nd time. I've found that if you want to have clean clothes, put as few garments in the machine as possible. when you pile a bunch of clothes in the machine, less agitation results which means the clothes come out clean, but not AS clean if given the room to move around in the machine. And using the hottest setting your clothes can take also helps. but needless to say, putting only a few clothes in the laundry and using hot water does not help you in the electric bill department does it? but if you want clean clothes everytime you wash, that to me is what it takes, no so much with the detergent. but I do like tide and gain as mentioned above.
WHATEVER!!! you idiots are NOT the smartest . GAIN is the BEST and your all wrond :D
Persil is my best one as I never find a stain after washing. Also, it has a very good smell. I am really fond of this brand.
