There isn't a perfect weight because everyone is different. There are lots of other factors to consider. Than just height.

An baseline weight for you is 100lbs but you have to factor in other things.
Like Bone Structure. Measure your wrist size.
wrist size under 5.5 - subtract 5 to 10 lbs
wrist size under 6 - stay at Baseline
wrist size under 6.25 - add 5 - 10 lbs
A good way to tell if you're at a healthy weight is by figuring out your body fat percentage. The best thing to use are Calipers (the things you pinch your skin with) - Don't use a body fat scale because they are usually inaccurate. Calipers usually come with an insert that will demonstrate how to find your body fat %.

if you want to atract more guys, then deffinatly KEEP your waight the way it is.
and if your one of those kinds of people who cake their cake with make up...
cut down on it. just use eyeliner or somthing (at the most) because no one likes a girl that looks like plastic either.
make up, and boneyness are MAJOR turn offs.
