Should I ask her out even though it's a stressful time for her?

I've been seeing this girl for a couple of months now, Shes going thru a pretty stressful time right now. And I want to tell her how I feel but she tells me not right now because a relationship is the last thing on her mind. Well When all this gets figured out on her end, how do I tell her because I'm getting the cold shoulder anywhere I go. Shes on a dating sight and she still wants to see me but whens is enough. I tried calling a pyschic and they said wait until next month it will be better for the both of you? Should I believe that or should I just wait my time out or move on? because shes on my mind and Shes just amazing.

She's not interested in you. If she was, it wouldn't matter what kind of stress was going on in her life. Believe that.

Just move on, be her friend but make a date with another girl right away. If you have any remote chance at all at this point, then you are better serving yourself just to move along and date others (or just focus on yourself and some fun hobbies). She'll respect you more for not hanging around waiting waiting waiting for her.
