What is a good and relatively easy to make dinner? (preferably something without too many strange ingredients!)

Banquet Homestyle Bakes -and- Betty Crocker Complete Meals are two box products that come with everything in one box. Just Follow directions.
There are many frozen complete dinners available.

Spaghetti is very easy - boil noodles, brown some ground beef, add Prego and you've got dinner!

Like the spaghetti idea, but instead of hamburger, use sausage (like breakfast sausage) it gives it a spicier taste.

get som english muffins open them up put some prego sauce on each side then some canadian bacon pepperonies and then add a pineapple ring cut ones and top with cheese cook in the oven for 10 min on 375 or until cheese is melted so good and fast great for a snack too!
