What instrument to learn?

Asked by xkezx about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

I really want to learn a new instrument but I can't choose between either the violin or a guitar. I already have a bit of experience with the piano, so I can read the notes and stuff like that, I just can't decide which instrument to play. Violin or...

guitar?

dude I would say you should play violin. Say you get really good at either of them. If your good at guitar it would be sweet and everything but who isnt good at guitar. Yeah you could be in a sweet band but have you ever heard a violin in a band? It sounds really cool. Do violin because its more unique and classy.

I play both. Since I started playing the fiddle/violin I have ignored the guitar. I get much more enjoyment and satisfaction from playing the violin. It so much more expressive too.

Either way good luck.
