what: im getting my braces off jnuary 29th, painfulll??

K well imm getting them off january 29th (in two fridays) does it hurt? what do they do? are muhh teeth gonna be white?! k like people say that when you gett them iff they wont b very white, then a month later they restore their natural whiteness. im getting the clear molded retainers, tell me everything you know? :) thanksss.

noo it doesnt really hurt all my mates told me it would but it didn’t the bit that kinda hurts is when they clean the glue off your teeth x

They won’t be white but no they won’t hurt its like something being chipped off your teeth. Then once they take it off they have to use the drill like thing that shoots out water (how cool is that!!!) to flatten out the area that had glue on it. Then they give you a retainer and show you how to use it, remind you two brush at least twice a day and your good to go =).

Well first I would take a couple advil or tylonal before you go in, because I was hurting for a little while afterwards. And when they take the glue off I got fidgity because it feels really cold on your teeth and it makes you a bit uncomfortable. But after you get them off your teeth will start moving right away so the advil and tylonal should help.
