What if my friend keeps getting asked to have sex with her boyfriend?

one of my best friends is a year younger than me, in 7th grade obviously, and she’s going out with a guy who’s like a junior in high school. all he cares about is sex and drugs, but she thinks he is “in love with her” even though he’s just a player, because he always has girls sleeping over at his house. his parents are always gone, and he lives in Mississippi. apparently, the third week he goes out with a girl, he asks them to have sex, and if they say no, he dumps them. if you say yes, he prepares and comes down to do it, and doesnt use condoms or anything. (my other friend went out with him and told me and my friend whos going out with him this). she says if you get pregnant he’ll dump you and tell you it’s your responsibiltiy and you’ll have to pay for it ($ wise). so she doesnt know if she’ll do it or not, and she’s willing to throw away her future just to be with some guy who treats her like dirt. (he cheated on her once before). plus, shes only thirteen, and like I said, hes a junior in high school. she hated her parents and refuses to tell them, and she says shes gonna run away with the guy and sht like that. I’m really worried for her, because she has gotten her period, and she’ll most likely get pregnant. should I tell her parents??? I really dont wanna break the promise I made to her about not telling, BUT THE GUY DOES ILLEGAL DRUGS AND SHT!!! SHOULD I TELL THE POLICE???
