What if I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 19, statutory?

Is it statutory rape if im 16 and my boyfriend is 19 and he got me pregnant?or if im 16 and hes 19 and his bday before mines.hell be 20 and im 16 going on 17.but I gt pregnant before he turned 20.is it statutory rape.IN ILLINOIS.I lookd up info.and I dont knn if I read correctly.it says a victom between age 13 and 17 is a victom of statutory rape if da person is ATLEAST 5YEARR.OLDA.so am I correct?me and my boyfriend is only 3years apart.

16 and 19 is fine in my country… I’ve just had a butchers and this is what I found: the second from last paragraph states: ‘a victim between ages 13 and 17 and an offender less than five years older.’

so yes, hes broke the law by sexualy abusing you and will go to prison for a year, I think :S

Criminal sexual abuse is sexual penetration with (1) an offender under age 17 and a victim between ages 9 and 17 or (2) a victim between ages 13 and 17 and an offender less than five years older. Up to one year in prison

I dont think its considered rape if you wanted it hun if you didnt then its rape and who cares bout that damn law

well with statutory rape is weird and I think honestly stupid. but I don’t know how it works in illinois but I know or think in most states statutory rape is only charged to the “offender” if your parents or the younger parents charge them.
