well your body will detox basicaly we should spend one week by year choosing 7 fruits and vegetables we kine and spend one day on each each of em eating just this .. but be sure to add some multivitamins that will detox your system but not go for more than one week on starving proteins cause proteins is what muscles feeds on and if you don t they will shrinks which could cause lot of damages .. be also sure to drink plenty of water at least 8-10 glasses a day but after one week go back on proteins one week is not damagable but more could be a bit dangerous plus you could start doinc anemia by not having iron in your body
You won't be consuming all of the nutrients that you need. You need to also include meat, protein, grains, and dairy in your diet or else your bones will weaken. Also, since you won't be getting enough protein, you could end up getting osteoporosis ( I think that's the name). it's when your bones weaken
You'll be fine. You'll be a little low on some nutrients, but you'll have enough to live. And you'll be high in a lot of good things. But you'll need a lot of sugary fruits to sustain yourself, or you'll be starving pretty quick. And ideally you should include other foods alongside fruits and veggies.
But of all the crazy foods to focus on, this idea is probably the mildest. It might even be good for you, if you do it for a limited time. Heck, if you included enough variety like potatoes (including the skin) and green beans you could continue longer and be fine.
