What happened to my pregnancy?

I suspected that I was 4 weeks pregnant, but today I got my period and its very heavy, I don't understand I had all the symptoms of being pregnant, help me!

Well it doesnt look like you were and those symptoms were just signs of getting a heavy period this month. But if you start experiencing really bad pains and the flow is unusually heavy go to the emergency room right away just in case you were pregnant and are suffering a miscarriage.

Sometimes, the fertilized egg or embryo does not implant or develop well and the pregnancy was natrually aborted. If you tested positive for a pregnancy, then it's most likely that a miscarriage had occured. The only thing you should be worried about is if you start having sharp pains in your abdomen. Call your doctor immediately and go get checked out. I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm sure your next planned pregnancy will joyous and wonderful.
