What else to do?- lost dog

my dog got out yesterday, and we can't find her anywhere. When she usually gets out, she just runs down to my neighbor's house,gets played with, then runs back home, but not this time.
She got out and there's no trace of her.
We've posted signs,Alerted...

the Shelters around us,checked them out,Still checking out shlters that aren't as close to us,walking the neighborhood everyday,we've even stared going door by door to try and see if anyone's seen her.
Is there anything else we can do to find her?
She's my first dog, and the first pet I've lost. I'm trying really desperately to try and find her.
How long before pets usually show up?
Wouldn't someone have noticed her? she's not exactly small (she's a big dog-Not fat though.)Do people usually try and help lost dogs?
She has a collar on her,I'm not sure if she still has her old tags on her,she's had her shots and poses NO threat what so ever.
So far, none of my neighbors have seen her, and that is really scaring me.
So, is there anything else I can do to try and find her? Please help me find my doggie.

this happened to my cat once, it turned out he was locked in a garage. id go around your street calling her name and listening to see if shes locked up somewhere. maybe try going to local parks calling her name?? If you still don't see her in a few weeks maybe try putting up a reward for her.

well my street is covered with animals, so they calling thing doesn't really work. I've been doing it, but nothing sounds like her bark.
Everyone on my street has at LEAST 2 animals,and stray animals always come to our street..We only have one park. I went over there, but nothing. T.T

I thought I had lost my dog as well and did everything you did. But I did not see that you put it on the internet. They have sights for lost and found dogs etc... Good luck I hope you find her.
