What do the baby kicks feel like?

I have been having these tapping feelings inside my stomach lately and you can feel like 5 thumps in like a second. Is that how the baby kicks feel.

I'm confused based upon all the questions you ask, are you young older, male female, pregnant ? If you're not pregnant then I'd say it's just gas bubbles, in the beginning baby kicks feel like butterflys, then eventually you can feel actual kicks, but probably not until 20 weeks or later for a first time pregnancy.
