It means post script. Basically, back in the old days when people wrote with quill and ink they couldn't go back and erase something in a letter if they forgot to say something. So... they would put it at the end of the letter, after the previous script.

P.S. is latin for post scriptum meaning written after. It is added after the signature of the letter formally. It is just an added afterthought.
