What does it mean if clotting gets worse each menstrual cycle?

Ever since I first started at age 12/13 (I am now 21 years old) I’ve always had a heavy bloodflow on my period…but the last few months I have noticed the usual clotting I use to experience has gotten worse, more frequent like now its all the time, and larger, and I get sicker.like where I cant even get out of bed atleast a day a month. The bloodflow and the clots are just really getting out of control I’ve heard its normal to clot sometimes but mine is constant and large and I feel like somethings not right but I have no insurance right now and I really have no idea what it could be or what I should do? Should I just keep a eye on it or do something bc its never been like its been last month and this month and my very lower back is feeling very very painful with it I have no energy and cant move…like this is more extreme than usual pms I feel like there is a knife in my back and it gets to where I cant turn my body or move very well. I dont mean to gross anyone out but I’m really needing help.

yeah thank God for that that you were okay, I’m actually scared. my sister was my age when they found cancer cells and she was all scared and we even go to the same dr and im just scared. Im hoping I’m just like you I mean thats how my mom is and I use to be anemic I still may be and im sure that can affect it and I heard weight loss does too and I recently went from 172 to 145 ish soo im praying that it kinda gets better but I just havent been right latley and my sister keeps wanting me to go bc they caught hers and she got checked again last year and was fine. But the vitamin thing is a good idea im on one a day weight smart maybe I need something better.ty tho

I’m 26 and a few years back I started getting severe pain due to my period, my breast started to hurt, back, legs, and my abdomen. The first day when its heavier I throw-up and feel terrible.

Everyone is different, I started taking some vitamins, and it has helped some.

But if you think its severe get your self checked in a clinic or at the ER, I went once to the ER because I was scared but they told me it was normal. Thank God
