Hi,
Hunger for me is physical. If I'm hungry, I feel empty in my stomach, and it begins to make me feel dizzy and light...
I read somewhere that your brain takes 20 minutes to realize that your body is full. So, when I'm eating, I stop before I'm even close to feeling full. I just feel...not hungry anymore.

What about you? Very interesting question, by the way!
I used to feel hungry emotionally. It was like I had a relationship with food. I ate it for comfort more than for nourishment.
However, I have worked hard to change that. Now, I have learned to listen to my body. I can tell the difference now between physical hunger and emotional craving. It's rough.

What does hunger feel like to you?

I think everyone is different...for some people, hunger is physical, for others, it is emotional. What does hunger feel like to you? How do you know when to stop eating -- what does your stomach feel like when you stop eating?
