What does feeling drunk feel like?

Is it fun? Will it take the pain away emotional pain from problems I have in my life? I thought if I am drunk I may not cry about how much my life sucks.

Getting drunk does not take pain or problems away - it only multiply's them. Alcohol is a depressent. If you are already depressed and you take a deppressent - it only makes matters worse.

I know youre going through a hard time with your dad geting divorced but it really wont help. depending on how old you are it may not be eplicable at all but drinking once in a while in a social event surrounded by people is fine. drinking on your own to mask youre problems is not, its momenterily relief. When youo wake up with a massive hangover the pain and heartache will still be there. It will make it worse.

You need to be around people to overcome problems I think, surrround yourself with happy, good, kind people who will suppport you. You're asking how to make you're Dad happy but it seems you're not either so you also need some help. Check the net for local helpl lines you can ring, then you can ahve some to talk to who can help and give other possible advice. good luck hun x

I don't think it will be good if you drink just to take away your problems. people drink socially to have fun (and hopefully not drunk.) They don't drink alone to forget what's been getting to them.
