Does he just think it's puppy love?

I FEEL LIKE I'M LOST IN SOMEONE BUT I FEEL LIKE HE THINKS IT IS JUST A PUPPY LOVE KINDA THING ...WHAT DO YOU THINK ???OR WHAT SHOULD I DO ??

well if you just started the relationship then the whole puppy love thing is normal cause you guys are starting to get to know each other so yea
but you should become a bit more serious maybe your mate will take you serious and all
I guess he just thinks that your not ready
you know when he tells you something im guess they say it to see what your opinion and remember to disagree when you want to at times dont let your mate take total control of your relationship its both of your relationship so take a part in the responsibility
maybe after you take stand he will loose the puppy love thing...

If this relationship is new then let it go for a bit...it may well be lust or "puppy love" if he persists with it being just that...then he's not right for you
